We have recycling bins located with in the school for textiles, shoes, belts.
www.rag-bag.co.uk who will donate to our school fund based on the tonnage of items we have for recycling – approx £300 per tonne…… So “Spring clean” and help our school fund at the same time…. ![]() Please hand in all your old ink cartridges to the school. There are recycling bins available, and the eco-committee will co-ordinate this recycling activity – the school fund will get up to £3 per cartridge recycled.
Recycle you old mobile phones via our recycling bins. Please hand any old phones into the school; we will receive a donation to our school fund for every phone we send back. We will collect the phones during March and send off for recycling at the end of the month.
As you can see by recycling you are not only helping the environment but helping your local school. We will provide an update of the funds raised by each of these activities, and advise how the money will be spent within the school.

Pupils from Primary 7 F organised a Fairtrade Coffee Afternoon, on 5th March, providing a great afternoon of musical entertainment from all of the classes. They were highlighting the Fairtrade Organisation, and raising funds for Mary's Meals project. They organsised the venue & hall layout, and ensured there were helpers from the BPPC to assist with teas & coffees.
