This is a new idea from the BPPC to enhance our ways of communicating to parents.

 

We've all been there - when our son/daughter tells us in the morning that it's a dress down day, or wear a special colour, or some other occassion at the last minute - invariably as you are trying to get them ready for school.

 

Web texts will allow us to send a text to all parents/guardian's who subscribe to this service of events occuring throughout the year, as a gentle reminder, 1 or 2 days before the event.

 

It will allow us to inform you if a disco/event is cancelled at the last minute.

 

Its an additional mean's of communication which I am sure will benefit all of us.

 

We have been working with Pupil's Eco Committee through out the term, and they are encouraging us to reduce our use of paper, recycle & be more environmentally friendly. This will go some way to get our Green Flag Status for our school.
